    SO2 Air drying Corrosion testing 500 Liters ASTM B117 Corrosion Test Chamber creates a variety of environments in an exposure zone by cycling automatically between salt fog, high humidity,low humidity with dry-off, dwell and ambient conditions - in any combination and for any length of time. Optional cycles include controlled humidity, solution spray and immersion.

    All-Plastic Construction


    All-plastic construction ensures years of corrosion-free, durable service, despite the corrosive solutions used in testing. With this design, the cabinet is naturally insulated for accurate, repeatable and reproducible test results that comply with a variety of national and international standards, including major
    automotive, military, ISO and ASTM specifications.


    Bubble Tower


    The bubble tower includes Auto Technology’s unique AUTO-FILL feature, which provides longer unattended testing. A low water/high temperature sensor and pressure relief valve are added as extra safety features. The bubble tower can be easily serviced for annual preventative maintenance & calibration.


    Installation Requirements

    All NaCl chambers require the following:


    • A clean, oil free compressed air supply to atomize the
    salt water into fog.

    • Either pressurized or manual de-ionized water supply
    for making up the salt water solution.

    • Single phase 220/240 VAC with both neutral and earth
    ground.

    • Connection to an exhaust vent to atmospheric pressure
    and a low level waste water floor drain.

    1, Chamber shell: 8mm corrosion resistance PVC plate, 85℃high temperature resistance.

    2, Sample holder: fiberglass rod, corrosion resistance.

    3, Pressure barrel: 2.0mm SUS#304, seamless joint.

    4, Heater: titanium alloy electric heater, corrosion resistance.

    5, Machine support: SECC iron with paint spray, have wheels for sliding.

    6, Chamber cover: with imported 8mm PVC acrylic transparent observation window.

    7, Cover open method: SNS pneumatic method for uniform performance.

    8, Machine cover and body are sealed with water to avoid gas leakage.

    9, Gas pipe uses corrosion resistance silicone tube.

    10, Equip with double gas filtration device to ensure the discharge gas is not harmful for environment.
